Born from a Need for More

Santosha Flows was created from a desire for something deeper - more personal, more grounding, more real.

After years of attending packed studio classes that left little space for reflection, I longed for a slower, more meaningful experience. Mindful yoga at Santosha Flows Yoga honors the cycles of life and body, creating a grounding space to reconnect with yourself.
